How They Started

The Amber bracelet started when Amber was first diagnosed with Cancer.  A woman who worked with Amber’s mom made them as a way to support the family.  The bracelets were so popular with people outside of her work that Melissa (Amber’s mom) felt it was too big of a burden to ask her co-worker to keep making them.  It became a good way to pass the time while in the hospital and has become somewhat of a family activity to make these beautiful little reminders of Amber’s courage and unwillingness to give in to this horrible disease.

A Great Reminder

Amber’s mom only asks anyone who has an Amber bracelet to, at the moment during the day when you find yourself staring at it, say a little prayer for her.

The Bracelet

The Amber bracelets contain the Amber stones…a tribute to such a wonderful little soul, as well diamonds (not real ones of course) which signify Amber’s birthday month (April).  The bracelets are approximately 7.5 inches, and they are stretchy.  If you need a bigger size, please specify in the comments area of the PayPal shopping cart.
